Please note: If you are unable to make our lot hours we can provide a tow back quote upon request.
APPOINTMENTS
• Appointments are on a first come first served basis.
• Please come at your exact appointment time with all required documents.
• If you book an appointment and do not show or call us there will be a $25 administration fee added to your account. For Transports a $50 restocking fee.
REDEMPTION
10 A.M – 3 P.M
Unit is ready for pick up by the customer.
• Confirmation of your appointment will be sent via text or email once a redemption release has been received from the lender.
• If the proper paper work has not been received from lender your appointment will be canceled.
• If the customer on the loan can not personally pick up the unit, a 3rd party release needs to be obtained from the lender.
• Lot fees are off contractual rate.

• Any personal property that is inside the car can be retrieved.
• Anything mounted or bolted down may not removed without lender approval.
• A key for the car must be brought at the time of picking up belongings.
• Some lenders have a customer pick up personal property fee.
